Your Personal Pharmacist Coach performs a Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) review and discusses the benefits/risks associated with Pharmacogenomic Testing. Your Coach will also provide Nutrition/Exercise & Stress/Anxiety interventions and create a Printed Personalized Plan for you on Visit 2.
The Technical Stuff
Pharmacogenomic (PGx) tests solve many medication/health issues. These tests save money and time in the long run by providing a quick and efficient way of treating comorbidities and gene-drug interactions.

- Whole exome Pharmacogenomic testing (saliva sample)
- Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) consult with a Registered Pharmacist
- Nutrition/Exercise and Stress/Anxiety Consults
- Access to Coach for 6 months for any questions
- Coach will follow-up every month fo
